Mountain Bike

Departing at 8:00AM your hotel in Panama City, we'll be arriving Gamboa Area located in the North part of the City, less than 45 minutes away. We'll be enter the Soberania National Park this is part of the Canal basin, once in Gamboa our goal is ride inside the Plantation Road, that is surrounded by the tropical rain forest.

Were we are going to have a great opportunity to watch various species of trees such as: Cuipo, Palma Real, Indio Desnudo, we'll also see animals like ñeques, howlers monkeys, among others species typical, from the rain forest.

The weather in the trail is fresh and humid, the road is rough and wavy enough to feel the adrenaline downhills. 99% of the ride is under the shadow of big centennial trees. In winter time we'll be able to take a refreshing river bathing in small deep pool of the river.

After 3 hours of riding we'll return to our starting point to have a box lunch. Arrival Time to Panama City is 3:00PM approximately.

Please bring your bike shoes for spd's clips pedals if you have, bathing suit, towel, change of clothes, sunblock and a sport outfit!
