Meet & Greet |
Meet and Greet at the International Airport of Tocumen and local transfer to the Hotel of your preference. Upon arrival at the International Airport of Tocumen a representative guide of Go Panama! will be with a lolly pop with your name on it! and will be appropriated dressed up with Go Panama t-shirt uniform. As soon as the passengers pass the costume area toward the exit of the airport, the guide will be there waiting to take you to the hotel. Afternoon for relax and familiarization. |
| Day 2: |
City & Canal Tour |
Early in the morning we'll take you the Panama's City most famous sites, Panama La Vieja, to get to know the history of the first city founded in the Panamanian Isthmus, also if you are into handcrafts, browse for your favorite items at the local market in Panama Viejo. Then we'll be heading to the Cinta Costera where visitors can take pictures to the skyscrapers of the city, our next stop is the Casco Viejo, here we can go for a walk and get around this picturesque neighborhood where you also may browse for the typical "molas" typical handcrafts of the Kuna's. Get a refreshing "raspado" at the Plaza de Francia and enjoy the sea breeze. We'll also visit Casco Antiguo's many churches and colonial streets. Once we finish with the city we'll be heading to the Miraflores Locks, where the visitors center welcomes you, here you could have a complete introduction to the panamanian main attraction: The Panama Canal. Start with an explanation video of the Panama Canal from its opening in 1914 to our days, the Visitors Exhibitions Center will give you a current perspective of the country and the canal and finally go to the Terrace to see the cargo, passengers and commercial vessels crossing the Miraflores locks. *Optional: Goodbye Dinner at “Pencas” or “Mis Ranchitos”, Panamanian typical food restaurants or the place you may want to go. |

Transfer Out |
At the appropriate time check out the hotel and our representative will transfer you to the International Airport of Tocumen for your flight back home! |
