This tour is a must seen if you come to Panama. This is a very popular touristic attraction. The best way to experience the Panama Canal is by taking this tour. During your transit, you will have the unique opportunity to see the Panama Canal in operation. You will transit with the big ships and see the tug boats in operation and of course, the locks themselves. You can feel the sensation of going up or down to get from one ocean to the other.
A once in a lifetime adventure and experience, we look forward to transiting you through the Panama Canal. The tour starts in the morning by taking a bus ride to the Gamboa Pier where the boat departs, you'll be transiting the Pedro Miguel Locks, Miraflores Locks, the Centennial Bridge and the Americas Bridge.
When does the Parcial Canal Transit operate?
9:30am - Pick up at the hotel in Panama City(Area Metropolitana)
10:00am - Check In at the Marina in the Causeway and you will board the vessel to cross the canal depending if its south or north bound.
10:30am - The tour starts and you will cross the two first locks of the Panama Canal: Miraflores and Pedro Miguel.
1:00pm -If you were in Northbound the tour ends in Gamboa and transportation by land is provided to take you to the Marina in Amador, if you were Southbound the tour ends at the Marina.
