Go Panama! and the Lost and Found Lodge provides exciting and educating Adventure Tours started by two seasoned backpackers when they recognized that regular backpacker guides like The Lonely Planet and Moon handbooks couldn’t cover all there was to see and do in Panama and that groups can often find better deals than individuals.
Many adventure tour companies that operate in Central America, like GAP, offer budget tours that tend to only focus on the backpacker circuit. We know hostel life can be a blast but merely focusing on the hostel trail, especially in Panama, will mean missing so much off the beaten track.
Being different than the rest means having local knowledge and organization, use of the right transportation including 4x4s and having the right gear that will take you to a tenting beach party to overnight in the jungle.
Discover secluded white sand beaches while watching for humpbacks. Swim through hidden canyons to spectacular waterfalls. Trek through jungles with the best birding in the tropics. From an indigenous village with pre-Columbia culture to Panama City’s furious modern nightlife… Panama is already off the beaten track – we’ll take you farther.
