Panama also have a total of 1,518 islands, of which the most famous are Bocas del Toro's and Kuna Yala's. The latter is an indigenous reserve of the Kuna community; both are located in the Caribbean, with warm waters and colorful coral reefs. In the Pacific Ocean, the Pearl Islands Archipelago is known for its beautiful beaches and inhabited islands. The Coiba National Park, in the Gulf of Chiriqui, comprising Coiba island and 38 smaller islands, renowned for its marine bio-diversity and whale watching.
